Love It and Hate It!!!

This week was just an ordinary week yet an exciting one. You might be asking why, well that was because the most awaited week of all students would be next week... the Sembreak. I really love this because there would be no classes for the whole week and so we're free. In our classroom, nobody was not excited about this and we're already planning for our activities this sembreak.
Anyway, for every days of this week, we were just taking up our lessons, like what I've said, this was just an ordinary week. Everything went into place except for I still have fever and every night, I was suffering for this. I hate it, this started during the District Meet last week. I hope I would be better next week because that was the sembreak, remember.
For some other happenings, I guess my fever was getting worse but then, after that Thursday night when my fever was so high, the next day, I was much more better. Now, I'm getting better until I felt that I don't have any fever. But, the bad news was that, I had this hateful partners, cough and colds, so I still have difficulties and I hope these will be gone, forever.

Happy Ending???

This week was an ordinary week except for one day of this week will be the District Meet. Yes, the District Meet and I was a player. Actually, we, the district players of chess, did not have any formal practice. We were just called or excused from our classes, Wednesday afternoon, the day before the event. On our practice, I was not excited because we will be having our practice, it was the fact that I won't attend classes because of that practice, 'cause like what I've said, I love having no classes. I don't know but I just love going to school but not having classes. I would just like to bond with my classmates during our free time.
Anyway, going back to the high light of the week, the district Meet, when the most awaited day came, I was so nervous and I was not feeling well that time but I did not mind this. When the opening started, everybody was in the gym cheering for their school. I enjoyed the opening especially when our cheerers hit the floor. They were so good and I was really entertained by their performance so I'm so proud to say that I am a certified CNSHSian.
The beat of my heart started to move faster when our game started. The first game for me was really hard. But as the game go on, I am starting to enjoy and before each games ends, I was praying and I guess, He listened to me.
The District Meet was really in favor of me, I will be entering the WCSU. I love it because that was something that I should be proud of. And all these things are for my classmates, for the people, who supported me, for the school, for my family and of course, for myself.
But the day after that, I don't like what I'm feeling. I wasn't feeling good and I guess........I'm sick. I really don't like it but I suffered for one week with this sickness and until now I still don't feel good. So, can I consider this, a happy ending?

Kick It!!!

During the third day of the intramurals, Sepak Takraw was played in the gym. In this game, only the feet, knees, head and legs can be used but not the arms or shoulders. This was usually played by boys and who would imagine that this will be performed by the girls. And actually, it was played by girls, a game of Sepak Takraw for girls between the Macintosh and Vaios.
The first set of the game was such a close fight. The two teams
had tied for several times. Although the Blue Vaios had an advantage to Red Macintosh due to the sprain that the team captain of Macintosh was suffering to. But still, the Macintosh worked hard to get the first set and they did it, ending up with the score of 21-18.
On the second quarter, the game was not as close as the first set. The Red Macintosh leave the Blue Vaios in the set with the score of 21-12.
So, winning the second set brought the Red Macintosh to victory and because of this, they will proceed to the championship. The victory of the team made all of of its members jump because of joy.

Not Only for Men

On the second day of intramurals, the basketball for girls had already started. We all know that basketball was not a girl's stuff. Although the basketball girls was not as thrilling as the basketball boys, the Macintosh and the Acers showed that they have what it takes.
In the first quarter of the game, the Macintosh had an excellent start. They scored 13 points while the Acers got no point. On the second quarter, the Acers did everything to get a score and they were able to but still the Macintosh is still leading by 20 points, having the final score in second quarter of 28-8. In the third and last quarter, knowing that this was their last chance to win the game, the macintosh did not allow the Acers to score again. So the game ended up with the score of 34-8 in favor of the Macintosh.

Let's Start!!!

As the opening ceremony occur in the gymnasium of CNSHS, all the students that compose each team were all excited especially for the most awaited event, the cheer dance. All the year levels prepared and practiced to show us their best shot.
The first to perform was the Green Acers, next was the Yellow Asus, then the Red Macintosh and last but not the least, the Blue Vaios. All of them performed well but in every competition, there is always one winner. As the winner was announced, the cheers of each team echoed in the gym.
Announcing the results, the 4th placer was the Green Acers, 3rd placer was the Yellow Asus and as we waited for the announcement of the 2nd placer, the Macintosh and Vaios were truly nervous. When we heard that the 2nd placer was the Blue Vaios, the Red Macintosh cheered as hard as they could showing how happy they were and a good start for them.

Nice Intrams!!! GO MACINTOSH!!!

This week was the best week ever. I really love everything that happened this week, why?, of course, because this week was our intramurals 2008-2009. Almost everything went into place and I love the results of the games, too. We, the Red Macintosh, got the 2nd place for this year's intramurals and I, with the help of my group mates got the championship in chess and in sepak takraw. I really can't believe that it happened because at the middle of the intramurals, my foot got injured and I can hardly move it. But that had never been the reason for me to give up the game and not to get the championship, instead, that became the reason for me to be more determined to get the championship in sepak takraw. And I guess I played well during our game. But I never expected that my foot would swell the next day, so instead of thinking negatively, my determination to win increased and it worked out.
Anyway, many things happened to me this week. Some were bad but most were memorable and I enjoyed the intramurals this year more than I expected but my first intramurals in this school was still the best. There might be cut in the sports festival but still, we had fun and we did not have any class so that was the part that I enjoyed. Because like what I have said in my previous blog entries, I love disturbances of classes. Now going back to the intramurals, in just the second day, we already have the result of chess, and like what I've said, we got the championship and I, together with my 2 teammates will proceed to District Meet, so wish me luck.
This week also was the week of my 15th birthday. I love it and I appreciated the greetings and the gifts of my friends. I also wanted to thank the people whom I obligued to give me gift. Another thing was some people out there who shocked me for some things but that doesn't matter. Well, now, I can say that I can still feel the ache of my foot and I hope it will be alright.

Busy, Busy, Busy

This week, the students were getting more excited about the upcoming intramural. That would be next week so everybody was preparing. Anyway, this week was a busy week for me and I guess, for everyone. Monday and Tuesday, we just had our regular class so these were ordinary days for me. Then, Wednesday and Friday, we did not have classes because Wednesday day was holiday, end of Ramadan and Friday, alay lakad. So I enjoyed every moment of these days, I went to the computer shop to play, surf the net and chat and I guess I was getting addicted to this.
Anyway, Thursday, we had our medical and dental check up so we did not actually have our classes. We just spend our time talking and making plans about the intramural while we were waiting for our time to have a check up. This was also the day that I joined another game, which I never thought I would join even in my dreams. The game was sepak takraw but I'm pretty sure I will enjoy this because I am a big fan of the game even before I just don't know if I will be able to play this well. I just really, really hope so. And now that I have my games, chess and sepak, I was hoping to get the championship of both, that would be a pleasure. But if not, at least I tried and I enjoyed. Then after the check up, I'm glad I passed but felt sad for the others, who can't play because they were unfit. Then, I spent the rest of the day practicing my games.
Now that the most awaited day was near, I would wanted to say two things, good luck for everyone and GO RED MACINTOSH!!!

Week with Full of Surprises

This week was really a surprising week because of the things that I had known. First, I thought that our intramural would be three consecutive days but I was wrong because it would be on October 6,8 and9. You might be asking why, well, this was because on 7, some people will come in our school to observe and because of this, that day will be a regular day with classes. Next was the confirmation of the color and the name of our team and also the groupings. It was confirmed that it will be by year level and since that we're juniors, our team was Red Macintosh. The name of our team was nice, I like it, what I don't actually feel was the year level groupings. I don't know but I just can't force myself to like it. But I was excited for the intramural anyway.
When it comes to games, well, of course I will be joining chess because that was really my passion. I love playing it so I would more likely love it, if I would get the championship. So how I wish I could with the support of my classmates and I just wish they were not putting pressure on me about that. But still, I am playing this with the best of me for my classmates and the people supporting me, for our team and of course, for myself. So good luck for me.
Lastly, I would just like to tell everybody that I am going to celebrate my 15th birthday on October 8, second day of intramural and because of this, I was more excited for the intrams.

My Inspiration

I admire this person not because of the things that he does, not because he gives me money everyday, not because he provides me of the things that I need and not especially because he's my father. I admire him because he's a friend of mine. Let me say my "kabarkada". He possesses qualities of a friend, a father and an ordinary person giving me advices. He was thoughtful because although he goes to work, when we say that a member of our family was sick or he's badly needed in the house, he'll go immediately. He was responsible father, I say. He supports our family financially and emotionally. He has always been there behind me. He was also generous for every time that were playing our game, chess, I asked for additional Php.100.00 in my allowance if I beat him. And that actully what he does for the times that I beat him.
Going to the serious part, he helped me make a significant change in my life. I admit that I don't believe Him. That was because of the science knowledge that I have. One time I asked him about that and he explained me everything and his words really marked in y heart. I changed my outlook in life and about believing Him. It was because of the one and only person, my father.
